This part of the system will be creating the bag and sealing it with the product inside, while the Table Top Weighing Machine portion will be doing the weighing and dispensing.

This part of the system will be doing the weighing and dispensing, while the Auto-Bagger portion will be creating the bag and sealing it with the product inside.
To purchase, please choose one of the following weighing ranges:
The former will dictate the width of the bag (final product). The former sizes listed will create a Flat Pouch (3-side-seal Flat Pouch bag, unless otherwise noted) that is slightly less than half the width of the former. For example, an 8 inch former will create a bag slightly smaller width than 4 inches, a 5.5 inch former will create a bag slightly smaller width than 2.75 inches.
What you will need to do is decide what is the max width of the bag you would like to end up with. Keep in mind that the length is adjustable and is not restricted by the former size.
Maximum Bag Length: 6-5/8 inches or 168 mmMinimum Bag Length: 1-5/16 inches or 33 mm
The 5.5 inch, 6 inch, 6.25 inch, 6.5 inch, 8 inch, & 10 inch all will create a 3-side-seal Flat Pouch.
You can use any of our Roll Stock Film or Filter Paper Roll Stock. You'll match the Roll Stock/Filter Paper Roll Stock size to your former size.
