Shipping & Returns Policy

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Purchase directly online by logging in / registering for a free wholesale account. If you haven't registered yet, please register.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  1. We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We also accept PayPal.
  2. When using a credit card, please make sure the name, billing address, and zip code are exactly as listed on your credit card provider's file. If the information does not match, the order will not be completed.

TAXES:

Sav-on Bags charges sales tax for non-resale items shipped within California at the current rate of 8.0%. We will gladly waive the sales tax for tax-exempted customers. To submit your California Resale Certificate please email a copy to [email protected]. You can also attach your California Resale Certificate via the Contact Us form. To get started, click here.

SHIPPING:

  1. All prices are F.O.B. Ontario, California.
  2. Full case orders: Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be shipped.
  3. Less than full case (split case) orders: Please allow 1-4 business days to be shipped.
  4. Valve/Tin-Tie Application: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing time.
  5. During the holiday season, the shipping times may be subject to delay without notice. You may call our Sales team to verify the ship date of your order, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  6. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays (see below).
  7. All completed orders will receive a confirmation by email and once the order ships, another email will be sent with tracking information.
  8. All shipments will be carefully checked prior to delivery. Any incorrect shipment, shipping damage, or discrepancy of the order must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
  9. Sav-on Bags will ship by UPS unless otherwise selected during checkout.
  10. Sav-on Bags will drop ship orders anywhere within the United States. To do this, please input the drop ship address in the "shipping address" section during checkout.
  11. Custom Brokerage & Duties are not paid by Sav-on Bags. If you are importing to a country outside the United States, it is your responsibility to handle all Custom Brokerage and Duties. Any specific documents you may need, please contact our Sales team at (909) 923-9588.
  12. Any orders that are being delivered to a freight forwarding address, forwarder, or forwarding agent will assume all responsibility if the package doesn't get delivered or gets returned back to us. There will be no refunds on shipping costs.
  13. At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays (Observed by Sav-on Bags & UPS). See Holiday's observed below.

FREE SHIPPING PROMO DISCLAIMER:

To qualify for our Free Shipping promotion, your order of eligible products must total $349.00 or more prior to sales tax and exclude shipping and handling. All orders using free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground (can't ship to PO Box addresses with free shipping promo). This offer only applies to orders shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and all off shore United States territories).

Please note, not all products are eligible. This offer applies to all items except: Tins & Canisters, Display/Gift Boxes, Custom and Custom Printed items and other select items. This is not valid with previous purchases. The free shipping promo can't be combined with any other offers or promotions. This promotion is running for a limited time and may be withdrawn at anytime at our discretion without any advance notice.

  • Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day - December 24 - January 2nd

Please plan ahead to make sure your deadlines are met and your products arrive on time.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee on all returned products.
  2. No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. All items returned for exchange must be in the original packaging, free of markings, and are in resalable condition. Sav-on Bags will not accept items that have been used, mishandled, abused, or have any missing parts.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Customized merchandise and items sold at discounted pricing cannot be returned unless the products are misprinted or defective.
  6. Products installed with Valves, Tin-Tie application, Hang-Hole application and/or Label application are included as customized merchandise and are not eligible for return.
  7. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges (to and from) for the returned items, including shipping costs under the Free Shipping Promo.
  8. Refused and/or undeliverable shipments will have the return shipping charges deducted from the total credit amount.
  9. Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned merchandise has been received.
  10. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your item.
  11. All returns and exchanges must follow the RMA procedures or will not be accepted. Please see below for Return Merchandise Authorization instructions.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Please login your account, then select the applicable order under your recent orders (click here). Click the button "Start Return Process" to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Returned items must be received within 10 business days of an RMA number being originally issued.
  3. A copy of the original packing list must be included with the return package.
  4. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  5. Any returned products without an RMA number on the outside of the package, or if the RMA number is over 10 business days from the date it was originally assigned, then Sav-on Bags has the right to refuse the shipments.
  6. Sav-on Bags encourages customers to use a shipping method that is insured and with a tracking number. Sav-on Bags is not responsible for any packages lost/damaged in transit.
