Custom Printing  by 

Any custom printing/packaging projects we work with you on (any level of work involved), you are allowing us to take pictures to display on our website and/or printing in our catalog(s) and/or advertisements. If you wouldn't like us to display any artwork/packaging, this needs to be addressed before anything has been printed and/or displayed on our website, and it needs to be written in a dated letter/email. We will try and accommodate any discretion. We can assure you that any use of your packaging/artwork will never be displayed in any harsh or inappropriate way.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Returns & Defective Products  by 

At Sav-on Bags, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the form of store credit unless requesting a return via the same payment form used at the time of sale.

Please read all the conditions below. Sav-on Bags reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange if all terms below haven't been met.

  • For all stock items, returns/exchanges are valid within three months from receiving the shipment. Any application services, such as valve application or tin-tie, do not qualify for a return.
  • All items returned for exchange must be in original package, free of markings, and in a clean, resalable condition. Sav-on Bags will not accept items that have been used, abused, mishandled, worn or have any missing parts.
  • Sav-on Bags will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. Machines incur a 25% restocking fee. Sample orders are not refundable/returnable.
  • Customized merchandise (This consists of all tin-tie application, valves applied in non-standard locations, and label application.) and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If your order initially qualified for free shipping (before returning any items), and becomes not qualified for free shipping after returning items, your return amount will then have the shipping charges added to the items kept from the order + the 15% restocking fee (25% for machines) for the items being returned. Free shipping for orders applies when amounts are over $349 (as of June 01, 2015)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Replacement items will not be shipped until the returned items are received.
  • Machines that have been modified (anything considered not stock) are not eligible for return.
  • Machines that need returning must email [email protected] for RMA approval. Please include Invoice # and applicable items.
  • Machines must come back in the original packaging.
  • Machines must be cleaned prior to returning otherwise subject to cleaning fee.

Refunds to credit cards can take around 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Defective/Incorrect/Missing Items

  • Items missing/incorrect or received with any manufacturing defects must be reported within five days of receiving the product. Please report to [email protected], state the total pieces defective/incorrect and include clear pictures showing the merchandise.
  • Sav-on Bags liability is only to replacing/refunding the item(s) that have been deemed defective. Sav-on Bags will be responsible for determining if the item(s) is defective. Sav-on Bags will not be liable for any material or product that has been damaged or lost due to any defective packaging.

Shipping Policy  by 

Standard Order Processing Times:

Full case orders: Orders by standard shipping method (UPS Ground) received will ship within 1-3 business days, provided the product(s) ordered is in stock.
Less than full case (split case orders): Orders by standard shipping method (UPS Ground) received will ship within 1-4 business days, provided the product(s) ordered is in stock.
Valve/Tin Tie Application: If your order includes valve and/or tin-tie application, processing time for your order is subjected to an additional 2-5 business days.

* During the holiday season, the times may be subject to delay without notice. You may call our Sales team to verify the ship date of your order, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Expedited Order Processing Times:

Orders requiring expedited shipping method received before 12:00 NOON PST (Los Angeles, CA, USA) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock and does not require any additional services (ex: Valve/Tin Tie Application). Orders received after 12:00 NOON PST (Los Angeles, CA, USA) will be shipped the following business day. We encourage you to check with our sales team the availability of a product before placing an expedited order so you may receive your product in a timely manner. Sav-on Bags will not be responsible for delayed expedited orders due to miscommunication or product availability at the time of ordering.

If an order ships with UPS by Next Day Air on a Friday, please remember that it won't be delivered until the next business day (the following Monday).  There are no weekend deliveries made by UPS unless special request has been made.  Please contact our Sales team prior to placing an order to ensure a proper delivery date is made.


Weekend Orders:

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.


All prices are F.O.B. Ontario, California. Sav-on Bags ships all orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Please contact our office if an alternate shipping method is required. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sav-on Bags or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Custom Brokerage & Duties are not paid by Sav-on Bags. If you are importing to a country outside the United States, it is your responsibility to handle all Custom Brokerage and Duties. Any specific documents you may need, please contact our Sales team at (909) 923-9588 or [email protected]

Any orders that are being delivered to a freight forwarding address, forwarder, or forwarding agent will assume all responsibility if the package doesn't get delivered or gets returned back to us. There will be no refunds on shipping costs.

Any orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped by UPS Ground. Please note, no shipping to a P.O. Box.

Taxes  by 

Our Store shall automatically charge the applicable sales tax for orders shipped within California. For orders shipped outside California, you're solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Sav-on Bags charges 8.75% sales tax for non-resale items shipped within California. Typographical Errors  by 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders. Any canceled orders will be refunded immediately.
