What type of bags will this machine create?

These models produce a Fin-seal Flat Pouch (Pillow pouch)

What type of material will this machine work with?

You can use many of our Roll Stock Film.  The Roll Stock Film's web width need to match the autobagger's former size. If you want to know what former size you should consider, just read below.

What size former should I consider?

The former will dictate the width of the formed pouch.  The former sizes listed will create a Flat Pouch (Fin-seal Flat Pouch bag, unless otherwise noted) that is about 0.8inch less than half the width of the former. For example, a 10 inch former will create a pouch about 0.6inches smaller than 5 inches, a 15.5 inch former will create a pouch 0.6in smaller than 7.75 inches.

First, what you will need to do is decide what is the max width of the bag you would like to end up with. Keep in mind that the length is adjustable and is not restricted by the former size but limited to the total length of the vertical heating jaws.

Maximum Bag Length: 8 -10.5inches  inches
