This part of the system will be doing the weighing and dispensing, while the Auto-Bagger portion will be creating the bag and sealing it with the product inside.

What type of bags will this machine create?

The machine will create a fin-seal Stick bag.

What type of material will this machine work with?

You can use any of our Roll Stock Film. You'll match the Roll Stock web size to your former size. If you want to know what former size you should consider, just read below.

What size former should I consider?

The former will dictate the width of the bag (final product). The former sizes listed will create a Flat Pouch (fin-seal stick bag) that is slightly less than half the width of the former. For example, a 72 mm former will create a bag width about 27 mm, a 58 mm former will create a bag width about 22 mm.

What you will need to do is decide what is the max width of the bag you would like to end up with. Keep in mind that the length is adjustable and is not restricted by the former size.

Maximum Bag Length: 6-5/8 inches or 168 mm
Minimum Bag Length: 1-5/16 inches or 33 mm
